WHOLESALES TERM :

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CONSIGNMENT OR GUARANTEED SALES

2. Customers to pay all costs incurred in collecting past due account. The jurisdiction of any legal dispute will be the State of Texas.

3. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, every effort will be made to inform you should changes occur.

WARRANTY, RETURNS, AND REFUND:

1. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized before actual returned item (s) is/are being shipped back to our fulfillment center. Buyer shall bear the return shipping cost unless the product is found in defectiveness after being inspected by us.

2. All of our products carry 90 days of warranty policy from the date of purchase. within this warranty period, customers can request exchange of the equivalent product or with our permission, the exchange could be on other product that recommended by our technical staff in terms of "fitness or compatibility" issue.

3. All returns must be in its original entirety and refund will be based on the item sales price after an 18% restocking fee applied unless the cause of returns due to our product being found defective.
